The college and the teaching hospital are situated in the scenic campus at Deralakatte in Mangalore. The Academic Block consisting of various pre and para clinical Departments, Laboratories, seminar rooms, lecture halls, demonstration rooms, museums, library and information center, as well as the Teaching Hospital, is situated in the same campus. In addition to the above there are separate hostels for men and women. The Administrative block also is housed in the same campus. There is facility of 24 hours power and water supply to the campus. The play ground, Yenepoya Sports and Cultural Centre as well as the indoor auditorium is situated in this campus. Academic block has a total floor area of 14,755 Sq.m. The lecture halls, demonstration rooms, laboratories & research rooms and seminar rooms are provided as per the guidelines provided by the Medical Council of India. Facilities for transporting students within the campus and campus to city and back are also provided.
